This addon script for the Autosurf with Super Security is a very useful addition for your site.

It allows you to run Referral contests for specific date periods. For example, if you wish to run a contest from the 1st of April to 31st April, you can do so, and the addon will automatically generate a leaderboard to display on the site.

You can use the included configuration file to exclude a type of member (enabling you to make the contest for upgraded members only for example, or for VIP members only. And you can also exclude your own admin account from the leaderboard if you wish.

The addon is very easy to configure and fully automatic once you have configured it.
