This gives you the freedom to, for example, send your latest members a special marketing message, or an email explaining issues at the site especially for beginners. Or perhaps you want to run a contest just for the newest upgraded members, or send an email prize mail to the newest members. The emails you send are sent in HTML format, so you can send with links, banners, formatting etc. too!
