Free Links Plugin
The Free Links plugin provides your members an added benefit that costs you nothing to offer them. With this feature in place, members can add their own free banners/text links to a special page on the site. You can set the limits on how many banners each member is permitted to add, as well as a limit of exposures per link. You can also choose whether ads are automatically approved or if instead they have to be approved by you the admin. And there are settings for number of links per member, and number of links to show on the free links page too.
Members can also delete their banners themselves, meaning they can change their banners without needing to have you do it for them.
